This guided meditation is a practice for making room for pain and discomfort. Often, when we give our pain room, we give it the space it requires to move, to change, and to dissipate. This practice can be explored and used for different types of pain.

This is one of the best ways I have for dealing with migraine pain. If I can’t get rid of it, I acknowledge it and make space for it so it doesn’t take over.
